2. Service Description
We offer a subscription service under which you receive monthly boxes of curated Magic: The Gathering boosters and singles. Subscription tiers, contents, pricing, and benefits are described on our website.
3. Eligibility & Account Creation
You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during signup and maintain the security of your account.
4. Payment, Billing & Renewal
- 4.1 You authorize us to charge your Payment Method at the time of signup and each renewal period.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancelling Subscription
- 6.1 Due to the nature of collectible contents, all boxes are final sale once shipped.
- 6.2 If you believe you received incorrect or damaged contents, contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.
- 6.3 You may cancel future renewals of your subscription at any time via your account. Cancellation does not affect past boxes already shipped or delivered.
- 6.4 If a Founder-Special or bonus code is involved, your subscription commitment (e.g., 3 months) must be honored for that bonus.
7. Value & Bonus Mechanics
- 7.1 We guarantee the contents of your box meet or exceed the value stated for your tier.
- 7.2 Each tier includes a Galaxy Pack with average value and a chance for higher-value pulls ("chase"). The Golden Ticket prize is awarded monthly in a random draw among eligible subscribers.
- 7.3 These value guarantees are based on reasonable market estimates and do not guarantee specific pulls.
- 7.4 We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items of similar value if necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, packaging design) is the property of Galaxy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Service in violation of laws or regulations.
- Resell or distribute box contents commercially unless expressly permitted.
- Circumvent the subscription mechanism (for example, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses unfairly).
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to manipulate prize drawings.
